Freemarker + Tiles/SiteMesh

How about Struts/Webwork , Freemarker, Tiles vs SiteMesh?

In Struts, we can use struts easily,  and we also need decorator framework.

Do some tests:

Other factors: 

 SiteMesh:  decorate by URL, support regular expression match

 Tiles: need decorate by page for every page
